When you apply for a position through our career portal, we collect the following personal information:

  • Name, email address, phone number, and location
  • Professional information (LinkedIn profile, work history)
  • Cover letter and any additional documents you upload
  • Technical data (IP address, browser information) for security purposes

2. How We Use Your Data

Your personal data is used for:

  • Processing your job application(s)
  • Communicating with you about your application status
  • Matching your profile with current and future job opportunities (with your consent)
  • Complying with legal obligations

3. Sharing With Third Parties

To progress your application, we share your personal data with people outside our team:

  • The hiring company. Your CV, cover letter, and profile data are shared with hiring managers and authorised contacts at the company you applied to. Hiring managers see your details in a watermarked viewer; CV downloads are disabled by default.
  • Interview attendees. When an interview is scheduled, your name, the position title, the company name, and the meeting time are sent to everyone invited to that interview. This may include hiring managers and contacts at the hiring company, technical interviewers, and other people invited by the recruiter (for example, a freelance evaluator). Each attendee receives a calendar invitation by email.

We never sell your data and never share it for advertising purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for the duration of the recruitment process. If you consent to data retention for future opportunities, we will retain your data for up to 2 years from the date of your last application or interaction.
